Make a super healthy (vegan) protein shake in only 90 seconds (watch the video if you don’t believe me!)
It doesn’t have to be hard to get the greens and goodness you need to maintain a healthy diet. All it takes is a food processor and a few ingredients and you have everything you require for a nutritious breakfast, post workout shake or healthy drink for the kids! This ones suitable for vegans too….
Ingredients
- Half a carrot
- Half an apple
- 150-200g of frozen berries
- Vital plant protein powder
- Vital all-in-one daily health supplement
- Soya milk
- Water
- Ice to serve
- Food processor such as a nutribullet
Method
Add the carrot, apple and berries to the processor. Top up with soya milk (sweetened or unsweetened to taste) and a little water (less water if the berries are frozen).
Take one scoop of protein powder and one scoop of vital all-in-one super greeens and add to the beaker (click the link in the ingredients to grab these online).
Blend for around 10-15 seconds and serve in a cup over ice cubes… That’s it – now enjoy!
