Something you can move comfortably in. Leggings, joggers or a loose t-shirt are ideal. You will not need to change into a gown, and we will always explain what we are doing before we do it.

Many people notice a change in movement after the first session, even if the pain itself takes a little longer to settle. Longstanding problems improve in steps rather than all at once, so we track how you are doing between visits and adjust the plan around it.

Rarely, and we will tell you straight if we think you do. More often we treat, then modify how you are lifting and loading for a couple of weeks. Blanket rest tends to stiffen things and makes the return harder.
