Something you can move comfortably in. Leggings, joggers or a loose t-shirt are ideal. You will not need to change into a gown, and we will always explain what we are doing before we do it.

Many people notice a change in movement after the first session, even if the pain itself takes a little longer to settle. Longstanding problems improve in steps rather than all at once, so we track how you are doing between visits and adjust the plan around it.
